An apartment photograph can solve a lot of problems in your imagination. Everyone has space, bags are out of the way, and a longer stay suddenly looks comfortable. Nadivana Serviced Apartment has that sort of appeal. The mixed recent feedback is what stops me from booking the imagined version of the apartment.
Nadivana’s apartment format is interesting for travelers who need more room than a simple overnight stop. Feedback is mixed: some guests appreciate the host and comfortable stay, while a 2026 account says the photographs did not match the condition encountered. I would ask for current photographs of the exact apartment and check the pool, equipment and sleeping arrangement. Spacious accommodation is only good value when the maintenance and practical details meet your expectations.
A guest who enjoys the host and feels at home may remember the stay very differently from somebody who expected the gallery to match every detail. Both experiences can be real. The useful point is not to average them into a vague verdict, but to identify what would matter in your apartment: current condition, equipment, sleeping arrangements and the areas you expect to use every day.

For a longer stay, room space has a different value. You are not merely dropping a suitcase and leaving. Somebody might want breakfast at a slower pace, children may need a quiet hour, and wet clothes need somewhere appropriate to dry. An apartment can support those ordinary routines better than a compact hotel room. It still needs to be the apartment you actually receive.
The 2026 concern about old photographs makes a current, category-specific image request worthwhile. I would ask for the offered unit, including the bathroom and any equipment central to the booking. A wide photograph of the nicest common area would not answer that question. Nor would an enthusiastic assurance that the whole property is lovely. The discrepancy being reported is specific enough to deserve a specific response.
Pool expectations can also change with the length of the stay. If swimming is a daily plan, condition and operating access are part of the purchase. If you only want the option once, the pool should carry less weight than a comfortable sleeping setup. I would decide which of those holidays I am buying before comparing apartment rates.
Nopparat Thara is another practical part of the equation. The location needs to fit meals, outings and evenings, not just the arrival journey. A roomy apartment may be a good trade for a less central base if everybody is happy with the transport routine. It may feel inconvenient if the group wants to split up and come back independently throughout the day.
I would investigate Nadivana with a fairly clear list of priorities, rather than book on room size alone. A recent image of the right unit and straightforward answers could make the generous space appealing again. Without them, the mixed evidence would keep me cautious. Space is useful. Confidence that it is comfortable, maintained space is what makes it worth paying for.
